The Champion of the Universe threatens Earth and draws five newly assembled teams into battle. Episode Mode tells the conflict from each team’s perspective through motion-comic scenes and playable fights. Outside the story, players can mix any four base-roster characters rather than staying inside the five canonical teams.
Every standard match uses a shared team health bar. You select four fighters but begin with only the Point and Shooter available; Breaks and round losses bring the remaining members into play. That escalation expands assist options, team health, and resource ceilings.
