6 · Namek

Prerequisite

Defeat Vegeta and complete the story transition to Namek.

Objective

Restore three saplings, recover three artifacts, and solve the Namekian Temple.

Preparation

Arrive near level 11–12 and use the first henchman loop to reach about level 20.

Numbered route

1. From the landing point, go north and far left to the first sapling tree. Defeat the nearby henchman, enter the house, leave, and repeat the respawn loop until about level 20. Do not cross deeper past the tree while underleveled.
2. Save, return to the starting house, and speak to the seated Namekian to begin the sapling quest.
3. Collect Sapling 1 by the training henchman. Fly to the upper level, go north and east, break the block, and collect Sapling 2 by the pillar of land.
4. Follow the narrow path west, defeat the Pterodactyl and enemies in the clearing, and collect Sapling 3. Return to plant all three beside the Namekian house.
5. Leave northwest. At the temple approach, ignore the entrance temporarily, climb the left hill, defeat the enemies, fly to the Pterodactyl's level, and collect Artifact 1.
6. Continue until King Kai contacts Goku, fly to the next level, move the dinosaur, defeat it, and collect Artifact 2. Break the block behind it for a Senzu Bean.
7. Enter the temple, use the first white pad, travel down and right to the wall, then go north to the pointing hand. Walk right through the false wall for Artifact 3.
8. Return to the green pad. In the next room ignore the two southern pads, go left to the pointing hand, and take the orange pad below it.
9. Travel down-right to yellow, then down-left to white, then straight north to the pad into the final room. Place all three artifacts.
10. Take the newly revealed white exit pad, bypass the next teleporter, and go north to the Ginyu battle grounds.
